I have always had a keen interest in technology and it’s “lifestyle” applications, specifically the use of technology to make life easier and more fun. I have personally wired two of my own homes for internet connectivity, both wired and wireless, telephony (IP and PBX), video distribution (CCTV, Tivo, Replay, Slingbox), audio distribution (multi-zone, multi-source audio in all rooms), and infrared distribution with universal remote controls. I attend the Consumer Electronics Show every year and read a wide variety of technology publications to keep up on the latest and greatest products and technologies.
I consider myself a technology enthusiast with a tremendous amount of experience and a genuine desire to help others. I recognize that although technology comes easy to me, it can be very challenging for the non-technically inclined. That’s where I think I can offer valuable skills, experience, and insight. I’ve been helping dozens of friends and neighbors for my entire adult life. I enjoy helping people with technology and came to the conclusion that I could do something I love for fun and profit. Thus Technically Inclined was born.
